1. General Information

By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products or services, including but not limited to Softlife Seamless and associated digital tools, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use this website or our services.
2. Digital Products & Delivery
All products and services offered through softlifesociety.io are delivered digitally via email or secure member access. Upon purchase, access is typically granted immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided during checkout is valid and accessible.
3. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to content after purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. By placing an order, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Use of Softlife Seamless
Softlife Seamless is an automated trading tool that connects to your personal trading account through third-party platforms (e.g., MT4, MT5, or cTrader). We do not manage or access your trading capital. You maintain full control over your account. Softlife Seamless executes trades using predefined strategies and does not constitute financial advice. Use of the tool is entirely at your own risk. No specific results are guaranteed.
5. Customer Support
Customers with an active subscription to Softlife Seamless receive access to onboarding materials, email support, a private support group, and monthly live Q&A sessions. Support is provided only during your active membership period. For assistance, contact support@softlifesociety.io. We aim to respond within 24 to 48 business hours.
6. Pricing, Payment & Billing
All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. For subscription-based services, billing occurs automatically according to the duration selected during checkout. You are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension or loss of access to your account and related services.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited. Any suspected misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, tools, video materials, documents, and digital assets provided by Softlife Society remain the intellectual property of the company. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own educational purposes only. Any reproduction, resale, distribution, or public sharing without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Legal Disclaimer
The services, content, and tools provided by Softlife Society are intended for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Trading involves significant risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the use of our tools or materials. We recommend seeking independent advice from licensed professionals before engaging in trading activities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softlife Society shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial loss, system errors, account suspensions, or loss of trading capital, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
11. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any of our services, without notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse our content. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
13. Subscription Terms for Softlife Seamless
Softlife Seamless is offered as a subscription product with fixed minimum terms that begin on the date of purchase. The following options are available:
– Monthly plan: minimum commitment of one (1) month
– Quarterly plan: minimum commitment of three (3) months
– Half-Year plan: minimum commitment of six (6) months
– Yearly plan: minimum commitment of twelve (12) months
By subscribing, you agree to fulfill the selected term. After the initial period, your subscription automatically renews for the same duration unless cancelled in accordance with Section 14.
14. Cancellation of Softlife Seamless Subscriptions
Your subscription remains valid until terminated by either you or Softlife Society, subject to the agreed subscription term. All cancellations must be submitted in written notice via email to support@softlifesociety.io.
– For 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month plans, a cancellation notice must be received at least one (1) month prior to your desired end date.
– For 12-month plans, the cancellation must be received at least two (2) months before the renewal date.
– Blocking or reversing payments through your payment provider does not constitute a valid cancellation and will be treated as a breach of contract.
15. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
